Return Window:

Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Condition of Returns:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you have the RAN, please pack the item securely and include any related accessories or documentation.

 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges:

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
